Arc complete pharmacy fit out in Inkersall

Arc Business Interiors were appointed by Inkersall Pharmacy in Chesterfield to design and fit out their new retail area at their new site in Inkersall.
The move see's the pharmacy move to a much larger premises ajoining the new Inkersall Medical Centre, of which Arc supplied their new furniture also.

Shorts celebrate the opening of new Chesterfield offices in style

Following the move in November when all of Shorts staff in Chesterfield moved into their newly re-developed offices at Ashgate Road, official celebrations were held on the 6th December.
The format of the event was an open evening, during which around 300 visitor's were given a guided tour of their newly renovated office premises of which Arc provided the Interior Design, furniture and some interior packages, following nicely onto some fabulous entertainment and refreshments held within a marquee set up within the grounds.
Arc's Director, Andrew Hobson & Interior Designer, Victoria Harrison were very privileged to attend and were delighted with the feedback from the Shorts staff and clients on the finish of their new home.

Surface Design Show returns to the Business Design Centre from 5-7 Feb 2013. Now celebrating its 10th year, the show is the only UK event to focus exclusively on innovative interior and exterior surface solutions.

Imperial Office Furniture invest in more economical machinery!

Imperial have invested in the UK’s first BAZ machine incorporating P.U.R glue that creates a waterproof seal from edge tape to board, eliminating water damage.
Their machine was exhibited at the largest UK woodworking machine exhibition ‘W12’ in Birmingham.
The BAZ machine is 30% faster than its predecessor and offers a more economical production process through computer optimisation.
The machine is capable of being utilized by a single skilled operator, providing low labour production. This allows more efficient deployment of staff in other areas. Further more in January 2013
there will be a significant investment in an angle plant beam saw with turntable which is loaded automatically by the new crane operated board management system. This will be integrated with a new 24
magazine automated return feed edge boarder with bar code scanner. This will allow greater capacity and quality of product.

Shorts Accountants in Chesterfield move into their new redeveloped offices with the help of Arc!

After months of building work, careful planning and design, staff at Shorts accountants settle into their new, modern, redeveloped office on Ashgate Road in Chesterfield. 2012 has seen the old Victorian property on the site transformed into bright modern offices bringing all of their services together under one roof.
Working closely with the partners at Shorts, Builder's and their Architect to establish their brief, we took the architects plans and worked closely with Shorts to provide them with a floor layout that would be practical and functional for all of their day to day needs, as well as enhancing their corporate image and leaving a lasting an impression on any visitors to Shorts.
The interior design had to be sensitively managed to make the new extension work together with the Victorian part of the building, so finishes, furniture etc, were chosen to reflect the qualities of the Victorian building as well as bringing in a bright and modern twist, this was also carried through into the refurbishment of the old building.
Arc completed their project on time and to budget and their new home was greatly received by everyone at Shorts.
Aviat move into the new UK home

Arc are awarded Paragon Print & Packaging furniture contract...

Paragon Print & Packaging have aquired a new head office at Holland Place in Spalding, and have selected Arc to complete their new building with all of the new office furniture. The furniture package includes, desks, storage, operator chairs, soft seating, meeting & boardroom tables and reception furniture.
Arc have built a long standing relationship with Paragon suppying furniture across all of their office buildings for various projects of different sizes over the past 8 years & we look forward to continuing that relationship in the future.

Arc start on site at Aviat's new UK home!

Aviat Networks who is a leading provider of microwave networking solutions worldwide and have offices in Dubai, North America and throughout Europe are opening a new office on Grove Park Leicester, close to the M1 and Fosse Shopping Retail Park.
Arc were awarded the contract to fit out the new offices and supply all of their new furniture following a lenghty selection process amounst our competitor's during which we came up with a scheme which not only enhanced the companies corporate image but also provides a stylish yet practical office for them to work from.
We are at this moment on site completing their interior fit out, look out for an update on their completed new UK home on here in the very near future along with photographs in the case study section of our website.
Arc give ASCL a new look

Arc were appointed by the Association Of School And College Leaders to provide them with a new look front of house.
From our initial meeting and discussions with them Arc took a detailed breif about ther requirements for the new reception area.
We produced them with 2D Plans, 3D Visuals and mood/sample boards to show them how we could re invent the new space, they wated to make the space lighter and more vibrant, making it welcoming for visitors and enhancing their corporate image.
We provided them with a solution which made the space more practical to work in and dealt with all their requirements looking at floor finishes, lighting, decoration, a new bespoke reception counter and storage and seating.
Arc completed the project on time & too prokect and the client has been overwhelmed by the new look.

DMS meet 'BREEAM Excellent' rating

Derwent Management Services have now moved into their new purpose built Eco Building in Ludlow, Shropshire. The new offices have achieved 'BREEAM Excellent' rating putting them amoungst the greenest offices in the country.
DMS approached Arc to fit out their new offices with new furniture in keeping with the new modern facility.
Arc provided a one stop service providing them with space planning, 3D visuals, supplying and installing the furniture and project management.

Arc complete furniture installation at Flo-Mech

Flo-Mech have expanded their facilities in Peterborough in the form ofa new office building named Flo-Mech House .
Arc were approached by Flo-Mech to tender for the new furtniture within thier new facility and were awarded the contract.
We space planned each of the floors showing how each area would work effectively and practically whilst allowing them a comfortable working environment with room for expansion in the future should it be needed.
Arc provided new meeting room facilites including bespoke furniture and seating, the CEO's office, which consisted of a bespoke veneer desk, storage and meeting table.
The installation was greatly praised by all staff, Directors and the CEO of Flo-Mech.

KT Hydraulics new purpose built facility

Arc won the furniture contract to suply & install all of the furniture at KT Hydraulics new facility on the site of the famous Gannex Mill in Elland, West Yorkshire.
Arc space planned and provided 3D illustrations for the whole of the building, which included, reception, admin office, sales office, engineering suite, managers office, canteen area's and meeting rooms.
Also within the furniture fit out included a bespoke furniture to the reception, boardroom and Director's offices.
Arc received great feedback from KT Hydraulics on their service, support and quality of the furniture installed on their new site.

Arc complete furniture install at Van Der Vlist

Van Der Vlist a leading provider of specialist logistic and forwarding solutions, appointed Arc to provide all of their new furniture for their modern, new look offices in Hull.
Arc started with space planning the two floors which included an open plan sales office, managers office, staff canteen and waiting area's to make sure they worked as practically as possible for the company. We followed this by providing our customer with 3D visuals giving advise on colour schemes and how they could incorporate their companies corporate image within their new offices.
Arc provided desking, operator chairs, storage, breakout furniture, soft seating and executive furniture.

Arc complete fit out at Manchester for Danwood Group

Danwood Group, the largest independent provider of print solutions within their sector, have recently acquired prestigious offices at The Royals in Manchester.
Following a lengthy and in depth selection process Arc were awarded the contract to deliver the interior design and fit out package.
The project included:
Glazed partitioning, solid partitioning, flooring, joinery works, decoration, electrics, bespoke furniture, manifestation, specialist feature walls and signage to name a few elements.
